Our Refund/Exchange/Cancellations Policy

Our Refund/Exchange (only for physical products) policy is 30 Days. Unfortunately we can not offer you a Refund/Exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Refund (if applicable):

To complete your Refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your Refund.

If you are approved, then your Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To complete your Exchanges, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you need to exchange any item for the same item, send us an email at help@besthoroscopeonline.com and send your item to: 365, Napier Town, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh 482001. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your Exchanges.

If you are approved, then your Exchanges will be processed, and same item will be dispatch to you, within 30 days.

Cancellations (if applicable):

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If you need to cancel any product then, send us an email at help@besthoroscopeonline.com

Once your email is received and product is not dispatched, then we will send you an email to notify you regarding position of dispatch of product.

If your product is not dispatched then your Cancellations will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days. If an order has already been dispatched then you can return and ask for refund.

Shipment costs and dates are subject to change from the costs and dates You are quoted due to unforeseen circumstances.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
